- A guide files a report from the boat the same day, with a catch photo.
- Reports are reviewed before they're approved into the index — rejected reports never count.
- We aggregate by month; a "report" is one charter's report, not one fish.
- Weights are as reported by the guide for the best fish of the day. Typical Chinook here run 12–16 lb — we publish the numbers as logged, not inflated averages.
- The data is free to cite under CC BY 4.0 — journalists and researchers can pull the JSON feed.
