How do I drive to the marina from different parts of Vancouver Island?
From the South (Nanaimo/Victoria):
Take Highway 19 north to Campbell River (~1.5 hrs from Nanaimo, 153 km; ~3 hrs from Victoria, 265 km). Continue on Island Highway through downtown. Discovery Harbour Marina will be on your right, just past the Campbell River downtown core along the waterfront.
From the North (Courtenay/Comox):
Take Highway 19 south to Campbell River. Follow signs to downtown Campbell River. Discovery Harbour Marina is on Island Highway near Discovery Passage waterfront.
Alternate Departure Location: Browns Bay Resort
Some trips may also depart from Browns Bay Resort, located north of Campbell River. If your charter departs from Browns Bay, we'll confirm this when you book. Browns Bay offers easy access to northern fishing grounds.
